What's Better? (Blogger App. or The Website - Part 1)

I want to try something that might or might not work. The image below of the plate of fruit is a digital sticker that I got off of Estys. I wanna see how it works here? What I got the stickers for was for my digital planner, and notebooks. I'm using the Blogger app, and I think that it is limited at what you can do with the the images. For example; I'm trying to resize this image of fruite, and I don't see how too do that? I click on the image like you do when using it on my browser at Blogger Dashboard. So what I'm going to do is. I'm just gonna plublish this so you guys can see how far i'm getting with this. So stay tune for an update post.
